The Glitterati Style File Contest is a bi-annual contest open to members of the WedLuxe Glitterati. Winning entries will be featured in print in WedLuxe, on, and on our social channels. The contest is judged by the WedLuxe editorial team.

We know how busy you are this season, so we’ve implemented a few changes to help streamline the contest this issue.


Use our seasonal trend boards (linked below) as a starting point to find your inspiration!


Review our member’s list (linked under STEP TWO) and find ELIGIBLE members to collaborate with!


E-mail to register your team’s concept and share your chosen couple style and/or mood board, along with a list of any confirmed team members.  

After the shoot, complete all submission + release forms (linked under STEP 3), and transfer your image selects by the deadline, May 18, 2022 by 11:59pm.

Find Eligible Members. All entries must be created by a team of eligible members, as outlined in our list (updated daily):

*Creative participants are limited to members with a print presence in the Summer/Fall 2022 issue of WedLuxe Magazine, with:

• 3 Entry Submissions per Glitterati Member with a DIAMOND, PLATINUM, GOLD, or ROSE GOLD package.

• 2 Entry Submissions per Glitterati Member with a SILVER package.

• 1 Entry Submission per Glitterati Member with a BRONZE package

• 1 Entry Submission per non-member if they have not previously been featured in a printed style file in WedLuxe Magazine.

If you don’t see a member on the list, their renewal status may still be pending, email to confirm.

*If you have trouble finding an eligible member for a particular category please get in touch and we are happy to help connect you/make recommendations!

*The purpose of the contest is to highlight our advertising members and their creative work. Entries received from teams that include ineligible members will be disqualified.

Notify Us. Once you have completed your photo shoot, submit your final retouched images (no more than 100 photos per submission) via WeTransfer and notify us at of your submission.

Complete An Entry Form. Each submission requires the principle organizer to complete the online entry form. This will include details and credits for the entire shoot.

Complete Supporting Forms. With each submission, you will also need to complete each of the below forms (where applicable).  

All forms are now digital and we will no longer be accepting PDFs.

To be completed by the shoot Photographer. Required for ALL submissions.

To be completed by any models participating, PRIOR to the shoot. Only required if a model was used.

For participants of the Core Creative team that are NOT ADVERTISING MEMBERS.

Core Creative team includes: Photographer, Concept Creator, Creative Director, Producer, Stylist, Planner, Floral Design, Decor Design, Hair & Make-up, Stationery Design, Cinema. Gowns/Menswear MUST be provided by an advertising member.

For suppliers that are NOT ADVERTISING MEMBERS.

Suppliers include: Venue, Props, Decor Items, Linens, Furniture Rentals, Tableware, Rigging – AV – Lighting, Vinyl –  Signage – Flooring and Jewellery + Accessories.

Images must be at least 300DPI at 9.5″ x 12.5″, though higher resolution is preferred. Please send no more than 100 photos per submission.

RGB JPG’s are preferred. If you would like to send CMYK TIF images, please contact us at, before submitting your files.

For our production workflow, we only accept final retouched images on or before the submission deadline. Please do not send low resolution, ‘preview’ or unretouched images.
